You might remember a while ago we blogged #TheGreatEscape, the story of the dogs that were evacuated from the Tears Animal Rescue kennels, due to unrest in Masiphumelele, the local township in the deep south of Cape Town.
A record number of 30 of the evacuated dogs that were fostered were adopted by their foster parents #FosterFails.
Medipet and Happy Tails wanted to recognise these hopeless humans who fell so head over heels in love with their four legged little charges, that they decided to keep them forever; so we made up goodie bags for each #FosterFail family. Special thanks goes to HUNTER‘s and Happy Tails for the gorgeous selection of treats included in the bags, and also to Lindt South Africa for supplying luxury chocolates for the mums and dads.
All the #FosterFails were entered into a lucky draw to win a Happy Tails Box, a luxury Gift Box full of exciting treats, toys and goodies, which was drawn by our Director, Louise and Happy Tails CEO Shaveen .
