You can submit your claim online in under a minute.
Here’s how to do it:
Complete the form on your phone or computer here, providing all the details & especially as much information about the condition as possible.
Upload clear & legible invoices, & any other supporting documents we may need.
Your vet does not need to sign your form.
Select “Pay my vet directly”
(If this is your preference).
Click on the submit button.
Check your email inbox for confirmation from us that we have received your claim.
Submit Claim
- We strive to refund claims within an average of 7 – 10 working days after receiving your completed submission.
- If any part of your claim form is incomplete or illegible, &/or there are missing supporting documents, we will need to contact you, & this may cause delays.
- It is important that you let us know immediately if your banking details have changed from those you have given us, before we refund your claim.
- All claims must be submitted to us within 60 days of the treatment date on the invoice in order to be processed.
